Hi Grace,

Copper is a bit softer than most brass, but since brass is an alloy of copper there are softer and harder brasses around depending on what other metals are alloyed with the copper to make the brass. Also, the way the metal is tempered will have a great effect on its' rigidity.

That said, I do not attempt to stretch either brass or copper came.
