I installed 3 double insulated casement windows - 2' X 5' in our dining room. I am having a lady build 3 windows that will consist of 6" X 12" diamond pattern. Would you recommend that I just place the windows against the existing windows - there will be a 1/2" gap between glass - or install a 1" wood spacer along the vertical and horizontal of window and install (effectively 1 1/2" gap and then trim out the rest of the window??
