: I am making a stained glass picture for a back splash in my kitchen. This will have grout between each piece of glass.I was told to cut my glass-place it back on the pattern-use a clear adhesive over it to hold it to glue to the wall.IS this a good method or should I glue each piece in individually? What kind of glue would you use to glue glass to drywall?

THANK YOU WENDY & GARY

Your comments are most helpful.I am so glad we haave a place like this to go to. I am using opaque glass and i thought of using clear adhesive but I am scared that there is too many pieces (over 60 in one section)that the glass might shift when I put it up.My husband said he can cut a piece of 1/4" drywall or plexieglass to fit.I mount it on there and then we put it on the wall, but then would we be able to move the electrical plugs out that extra thickness? I think Gary your idea is better--putting one piece on at a time. The first section I am doing is 17"high by 20" long, some sections are longer.I am planning on doing my whole kitchen.DO YOU THINK I'M CRAZY?
