i am BRAND new to soldering-- and need some information -- i will be soldering microscope slides together to make jewerly--
i will copper tape them together and then solder... the solder will be for decorative purposes as well as insuring the two slides stay together--
the directions call for lead free 1/4" solder ..and after looking around i am confused-- do i want 60/40? 50/50? rosin core? do i need flux?
wow any help would sure be appreciated... i stumbled on this site after using a search engine...
