mixing solders

I'm nearing the end of an 87 piece project and ran out of 60/40 solder. I have a roll of 50/50 solder left, can I use that to complete the project? Is there any problem where 60/40 and 50/50 meet? Its my last roll of 50/50 and from here on out, as my glass supplier advises, I will use 60/40 but I wonder if I can use that last roll in concert with the 60/40?
