There are three different scenarios possible here.

First is you find a publisher who buys designs outright. They pay a set fee up front, then they own your designs. Beyond that first payment you'll never get another dime.

Second is a publisher who will pay you royalties for the use of your designs. The better they sell the more you'll make over a period of years.

(You can find publishers by looking inside all of your stained glass books.)

Third you visit comercial print shops in your area and get quotes on having the job done for you. Be sure to price around and don't forget to check the small local newspapers, they often print jobs. You may wind up having one company print your covers and another print the contents.
Now you've got to be a salesman too. Advertise in the glass magazines and enthusiastically promote your products.
This way is the greatest financial risk but also holds out the possibility of the greatest return.
