Yes, there is a product called miracle mudd and it is my favorite cement.
Very easy to work with and you mix it up yourself to any consistancy you need for the project at hand. I comes in two parts, a powder and a liquid. YOu mix only as much as you need and the shelf life of the unmixed portion seems to be unlimited.
It comes in both black and natural colors.
