I'm not sure how to describe my problem, but the pattern a floral with long leaves next to each other. Came is along each leaf length. In some places a new leaf starts half-way up on the preceding leaf, which makes the came "stick out" where the came lengths meet, so the glass has to be cut irregularly in order to get a tight fit against the came. I don't have/can't afford a band saw, so am using the small tip on the grider to do this. It is very tricky since it is rounded, and the cut really needs to be straight. The pattern shapes don't seem to acknowledge that this needs to be done.I find it hard to not have a gap in the glass when doing this. I'm a beginner and am hoping that someone has an easier way of doing this. Thanks!
