Well...it depends on how long you want to practice and struggle to learn to use a system. The Morton system has the longest learning curve (read that as NEVER for most people). I have the entire system...everything they make...and finally gave up and bought an Emerald Rainbow Scoreboard. This device is simple and mostly common sense. Easy to use and accurate. Read about it on the link provided.

Of course, there is more than one device for geometrics. I have a couple of circle cutters (Lens cutter for small ones...glastar for larger) and of course, the strip cutters for straight pieces. Nothing takes the place of a good ruler for straight cutting...but the scoreboard does a great job of that too.
