Not enough info, Stella. What kind of finished piece...I'm assuming it's foiled? Falls apart how? Do all the seams separate....foil pulls loose? On the edges...the middle. How do you finish edges? Zinc, lead came, edge beading, wire? What width foil are you using? What solder?
I'll tell you now that you have extremely flawed technique, but without a description of what's happening we can't tell you how to correct it. Are you self-taught or have had lessons?
