Do you need them in quantity or are you looking for just a piece or two?

For onesies, you can just use sheet foil which comes in 12 square inch sheets. Press it onto the glass and use an exacto knife to cut out the holes in the filigree. Then quickly build a bit of solder onto the foil taking care not to overheat it and crack the glass. You can douse it with a wet flux brush to cool it from time to time.

If you need tons of them, you'll have to find somebody in the sheetmetal stamping business. You'll have startup costs in making of the die, so there is a certain number that you have to make before it will be worthwhile.

: Can any one give me guidance on where I might get filigree fabricated to a design that I would provide?
: Alternatively, I am willing to make them myself if I can get the appropriate directions. Thanks for any help.
