Hi Lisa,

There are things that solder will cover and things that it will not. Generally it is just best to get thing to fit as closely as possible.

Bend your came to the proper contours for the glass by placing it above your cartoon and perhaps using the glass to assist in shaping it. Lay the lead above the piece of lead it will connect to and use a knife or other pointy object to scribe the lead along the line where it will meet, then use this line to cut the came.

: This is my first project and I need help. I am working towards the center of my project and am using rounded H channel lead came. I am cutting an arch shaped piece that will run into a larger rectangle. I am not sure how to cut the came?? What angle and how important is it....will the solder cover it up or not? I need to continue, but need advice. Thank you.
