Hi susan,

Is the "correct" blade specified as acceptable in the saw manual?

I have a Black and Decker miter saw for wood and when I called B&D to ask about it they said that under no circumstances should an abraisive blade be installed in the saw so I got the Gryphon rather than take any chances.

: I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this - using a miter/chop saw sold for wood cutting primarily (like a Dewalt or Delta for instance) to do their came cutting, using the correct type of blade of course. Is there really a big advandage to using a Power Miter II chop saw or a Gryphon Miter Saw?? Thanks for any input.
: Susan
