Hi I have just completed foiling a circular project using 3/16" foil. I selected this foil because of the delicate design. The project has a heavily ridged clear glass around the outer part of the piece which includes the edge of the project. I used the 3/16" around the these pieces but I am concerned that I may have problems soldering the outer edge due to the foil possibly being too narrow for the ridged glass. Chould I use a wider foil and refoil over the narrow stuff on the edge only or should I remove the foil around the edge only and refoil? I hope I have not managed to confuse everyone.
