There pretty much are no issues to deal with here. Just make sure the nuggets are clean so the foil sticks well.

If you want it made of flat panels you can lay the nuggets out on a board and just fill everything up with solder. Then assemble the individual panels together into a lamp as with any panel lamp. (Make sure not to overheat the nuggets or they can crack.)

If the lamp is to have a rounded shape like the old tiffany's, you need to build it on a lamp form or on a bowl or any other "found" item that can act as a mold.

Finish the bottom edge as you would any lamp. For me, that means building up a strong carefully formed solder bead although some folks like to solder a wire along the bottom edge.
