round panel -in lead? possible

I have a very geometric pattern that I would like to do in lead - I have done a few pieces in lead before. My question is that the panel is round, how do you go about leading the panel - without a jig? Do I prepare my Zinc frame and work inward? Then if you do that how do you fit the last pieces?
