I'm sorry Angel, what I was referring to was that I have a circular piece(copper foiled) that I have taken apart and now I want to clean off the old copper foil and adhesive and start over. When I'm ready to re-foil I wanted to know if I needed to heat the glass or just make sure the glass was clean and put new foil on. See, I've been told that the foil sticks better if the glass is warm and then I've been told, no, there's no need to warm the glass, just go ahead and re-foil...well, since I'm already a bit scared of doing copper foil, since I've had trouble with lead, I just wanted to know how I could start over and try to make something out of these bevels and other glass pieces, maybe a candle holder or something "odd" looking!ha, hey, it'll be my first self taught piece, I'm just hoping for the best!!

Thanks for you help!!!
